Kaitlyn “Marzetta” McClung is an Austin-based multidisciplinary artist, musician, and literary scholar. Rooted in the South and informed by queerness, womanhood, and the Black African diaspora, her work bridges creativity and academia. A published poet and essayist, Marzetta has performed at the NYC Poetry Festival and Deep Vellum Books, and was named an emerging artist by the Utah Literary Arts Festival. Her debut book, The Garden: Poems, is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
